1. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. Please make sure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. What if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, it is no longer the responsibility of Dukes Gorras. You will receive tracking information to follow your shipment. If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
